This Privacy Policy explains how GOGA Services ("GOGA", "we", "us") handles information in connection with our website at gogaservices.co and the software we operate to manage our own social media presence (the "Service").

What this covers

We operate internal software that publishes content to social media accounts that we own and control (including our own Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn profiles), and that helps us manage messages and comments sent to those same accounts. This software acts only on GOGA's own accounts. It does not access, manage, or publish to accounts belonging to other people or businesses.

Information we access

• Access tokens for our own accounts. To publish posts to GOGA's own profiles, our software stores authentication tokens issued by Meta and LinkedIn for the GOGA-owned accounts. These tokens are kept securely and are never shared with third parties.
• Content we create. Captions and images that GOGA generates and publishes as its own marketing content.
• Website usage. Standard, non-identifying server and analytics data when you visit gogaservices.co (such as pages viewed), used only to understand site performance.
• Messages and comments you send to our accounts. If you send a direct message to a GOGA-owned social media account, or comment on one of our posts, our software may process that message or comment (and your public username) in order to reply to you. This data is processed transiently to generate the reply and is not sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising. You can stop interacting with our accounts at any time, and you may contact us to request deletion of any conversation data.

How we use information

• To create and publish GOGA's own social media content.
• To measure the reach and performance of GOGA's own posts.
• To reply to messages and comments sent to GOGA's own accounts.
• To operate, maintain, and improve our website and Service.

Data deletion

We do not maintain a database of social media users. Message and comment data is processed transiently to generate replies. If you would like any conversation with a GOGA-owned account deleted, email Hello@gogaservices.co and we will honor the request.

Information we do not collect

We do not collect, store, sell, or share the personal data of social media users, followers, or visitors of any third-party account. We do not use the Service to access data from accounts we do not own.

Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We share information only with the platforms required to deliver the Service (Meta and LinkedIn, to publish our own content) and with infrastructure providers (such as our hosting and image-storage providers) strictly to operate the Service.

Data retention & security

We retain access tokens only for as long as needed to operate the Service, and refresh or revoke them as required. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold.

Your rights
